Compliance Readiness
Track applicable regulations, obligations and evidence gaps.
Compliance & Audit Readiness Platform
ESG Data Core connects regulatory obligations, supplier evidence and risk in one platform, so your team closes compliance gaps and supplier problems before they turn into fines, disruption or lost contracts.
The problem
Regulatory, supplier, operational, reputational and financial risks build up in data scattered across teams, systems and suppliers. By the time they surface, they are already fines, disruptions or lost contracts.

Why existing tools fall short
None of them connect obligations to evidence, follow up with suppliers, assign owners or keep an audit trail. That is the work between collecting data and being ready for an audit, and it is where gaps stay open.
| Approach | Good at | Usually limited in |
|---|---|---|
| Reporting platforms | Disclosure, frameworks and report generation. | Remediation, operational ownership, supplier follow-up, audit readiness. |
| Carbon calculators | Emissions calculation and Scope 1, 2 and 3 estimation. | Wider compliance, social and governance risk, supplier evidence, corrective workflows. |
| Dashboards & BI tools | Visualising data the organisation already holds. | Regulatory context, evidence gaps, responsibility, starting remediation. |
| Consultants | Expertise, project-based assessments, reporting support. | Continuous ownership between projects, recurring cost, manual processes. |
| ESG Data Core | Obligations, evidence, suppliers, risk, owners and remediation in one workflow, with a complete audit trail. | |
The platform
Collect company, supplier and external data. Assess gaps and risks. Prioritise by exposure. Assign owners and remediate. Keep the evidence auditable. The six modules share one data model, one evidence trail and one risk engine.
Track applicable regulations, obligations and evidence gaps.
Request, collect, validate and track supplier data.
Identify business-critical risks across operations and the supply chain.
Calculate, monitor and explain emissions and sustainability indicators.
Assign owners, deadlines, tasks and mitigation actions.
Documentation, version history, approvals and traceability.
Security
Audit evidence is sensitive by definition. The platform runs on AWS with the controls your auditors already expect from you.
Common questions
Sustainability, compliance, supplier management and business risk have been managed as separate activities, each with its own tools. The problem crosses all of them. Solving it means linking obligations, evidence, suppliers, risk, owners and remediation in one place.
They remain useful: Excel stores, Power BI visualises, SharePoint archives. None of them maps evidence to obligations, tracks gaps, follows up with suppliers, scores risk in your context or keeps an end-to-end audit trail. The platform integrates with the tools you already use.
No. The platform sits across ERP, procurement, document management, HR, carbon tools and BI, and connects them into one governed compliance workflow.
Neither is the core. Reporting is one output and carbon accounting is one module. The platform manages what has to happen before reliable reporting is possible: collecting and validating evidence, finding gaps, engaging suppliers, assessing risk and assigning remediation.
